Top Team Facilitation

A Chief Executive invited us to help turn the performance of the Senior Leadership Team around – this after a critical review.  Using our researched-based methods we observed the team in action at a series of meetings where we provided real-time feedback on their behaviours, priorities and time use.  We were then able to diagnose the issues, identify the power and social dynamics, personality styles, archetypes (including the shadow side) within the wider leadership system in the organisation.   Interventions included helping the team develop their own ‘rules of engagement’ and providing them with practical ways to have courageous conversations as well as 1-1  coaching of the team members.
