Leadership Development

The brief from a large government department was to prepare leaders to step into senior roles. Based on our leadership and change management research, and needs analysis, we designed a multi-year programme of interactive workshops – using case studies, work projects and peer learning groups.  We based the curriculum on government’s leadership competencies as well as the Lominger Leadership Architect.  The Hogan Personality Profiles were used to enhance self awareness. The Team Management Profile  identified each leader’s preferences and roles in their team.  ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­
