Befrienders Worldwide (an international network of Crisis Helplines) invited us to design and facilitate their Strategic Plan and prepare the Governance Group for structural change in Boston April 2011. This was with the intention of developing their business plan with the network Steering Group (which we did) in Bangkok in November 2011. We used our Strategic Planning framework and our change management tools to deliver on the brief.
